Ejectors

The basic operating principle of an ejector is to convert pressure energy of high pressure motive steam into velocity. High velocity steam emitted from a motive nozzle is then used to work on the suction fluid. This work occurs in the suction chamber and diffuser inlet. The remaining velocity energy is then turned back into pressure across the diffuser. In simple terms, high pressure motive steam is used to increase the pressure of a fluid that is at a pressure well below motive steam pressure.

Liquid Jet Ejector:

Liquid Jet Ejector will be used for Low Vacuum purposes which are designed using motive fluids as water. Liquid jet ejectors are available in CS, PP & SS.

Steam Jet Ejectors:

We offer an extensive range of Steam jet Ejectors which are designed using motive fluids as steam. Our ranges of Ejectors are available in multistage as well as single stage according to the requirement. In practice, for high vacuum purpose / for larger systems, more than one ejector will be used, usually with condensers between the ejector stages. Condensing of motive steam greatly improves Ejector Set efficiency. We supply both barometric and shell-and-tube surface condensers for this purpose.

These ejectors are available with condensers having S.S metal as construction material. This gives trouble free performance even in long run.
